Unclear food labels can lead to consumer confusion and allow deceptive marketing practices. In addition, the food and agricultural sectors can become a victim of the politicization of scientific issues. Come learn more about how agriculture, health, and misinformation are intertwined from Wind Chapman. You may well discover that what you believe is fact may be an innocent misunderstanding or a malicious attack on technology.
About Wind Chapman: Wind Chapman is the Director of Long Mountain Living History Center. He has degrees in Horse Training and Management from Lamar Colorado and Multicultural Education from the University of New Mexico. He grew up on a dairy farm in Morgan County, GA. He now resides in Dahlonega, Georgia.
